When I think about how progress actually happens, a classic example for me is the wheel.
When I think about how progress actually happens, a classic example for me is the wheel.

Years of building in mobility have reinforced that belief.
Vehicles have become smarter and more advanced.
What determines success, more often than not, is
how efficiently the basics operate.

For me, it represents the improvement of mechanics. It shows that progress doesn’t always come from adding more power.
Sometimes it comes from making the system carry the same power more efficiently.

A circular object placed under weight changed
how effort translated into distance.
With that shift, trade expanded, cities grew and
scale became possible in a way it wasn’t possible before.

scale became possible in a way it wasn’t possible before.
When the basics work well, everything else scales more naturally.
Fuel comes from that understanding.
We invest in founders who are strengthening the mechanics of mobility across areas: liquidity, intelligence, infrastructure, safety, energy. The layers that determine whether movement feels seamless or strained.
For me, the wheel is a reminder that enduring progress begins with improving how things actually work.
I am looking for people who can reinvent the wheel.

Growing up in a small town like Rae Bareli, you feel this intuitively.
When roads improve, markets expand. When transport becomes reliable, opportunity travels further don't need theory to understand it. You experience it.
